In addition, using etching to obtain graphics and text is also a common method to replace laser marking. In the eyewear industry, ferric chloride solution is usually used to produce etched graphics and text. However, a potential threat of etching technology is environmental damage, and its use is greatly limited in today's society where the health of operators is increasingly valued. The production of steel plates adopts traditional corrosion methods. Due to the small font size and shorter exposure time, a steel plate with uniform depth can be obtained.
Steel plate corrosion process flow
1. Pre check the steel plate and wipe off any oil stains.
2. Clean the steel plate with a piece of cloth dipped in Tian Na water.
3. Pour photosensitive paste evenly onto the surface of the steel plate.
4. Dry in the oven for 10 minutes or blow with a hair dryer for about 1 minute.
5. Check the film.
6. Exposure to external factors.
7. Development processing.
8. Drying treatment.
9. Supplement processing.
10. Drying.
