Scratches on steel plates are generally caused by the following two reasons:
1. The hardness of the scraper is higher than that of the steel plate.
2. The pressure of the transfer printing machine is too high.
If you need to replace the steel plate, you can choose chrome steel plate, which has higher hardness than ordinary oil steel plate.
Can the transfer printing steel plate be modified after production?
After the transfer printing steel plate is made, the pattern cannot be modified, but it can be ground flat and remade.
